BELGRADE (Serbia), October 30 (SeeNews) – Austria’s Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank’s Serbian Unit turned to a net profit of 1.103 billion dinars ($20.6 million/14.3 million euro) in the first nine months from a net loss of 447 million dinars a year earlier, the Serbian central bank said late on Monday.
Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank ranked the third biggest in Serbia in terms of assets at the end of September with total assets of 130.5 billion dinars. The two biggest banks in Serbia are the local units Italy’s Banca Intesa and Austria’s Raiffeisenbank.
