October 21 (SeeNews) - Lithuanian hospitality services operator Apex Alliance Hotel Management said on Monday it has opened a Courtyard brand hotel in Bucharest following a 22.5 million euro ($25 million) investment.
The construction of the hotel took three years, including the design part, Apex Alliance Hotel Management said in a press release.
The hotel has 259 rooms arranged on 13 floors, a restaurant, fitness center, underground parking and seven conference rooms which can accommodate a total of 538 people.
Courtyard is a brand of hotels owned by U.S.-based hospitality company Marriott International.
In August, Apex Alliance opened the new Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Bucharest following a 19 million euro investment. The Hilton Garden Inn is located right within the area of Henri Coanda International Airport, which is situated some 15 km away from Bucharest.
Apex Alliance Hotel Management is an independent operator which focuses on establishing and developing longstanding partnerships with institutional investors, property owners or private equity funds while providing the management services to their existing or future hotels.
