April 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian investment company Alpha Bulgaria [BUL:ALFB] has decided to increase its capital by issuing up to 194.89 million common shares, it said on Monday.
The shares will be offered to the company's warrant holders and will have an issue price equal to their par value of 1 lev ($0.56/0.51 euro) each, Alpha Bulgaria said in a stock exchange filing.
If warrant holders do not exercise their rights now, they can do so in future capital increases until the warrants expire, the company added.
The company has issued 194.89 million warrants, each providing its owner with rights to subscribe for one Alpha Bulgaria share at a price of 1 lev within five years.
Alpha Bulgaria's capital is currently divided into some 1.18 million shares with a par value of 1 lev apiece.
Shares in the company last traded at 0.95 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
