TIRANA (Albania), June 9 (SeeNews) – Albania’s producer prices decreased by 0.6% on the year in the first quarter of 2021, the country’s statistical office said on Wednesday.
On a quarterly comparison basis, Albania's producer price index (PPI) increased by 1.6% in the January-March period, INSTAT said in a quarterly report.
Producer prices in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning segment decreased by 2.8% on the year in the first quarter.
The PPI slid 1.1% year-on-year in the first three months of the year in the mining and quarrying sector.
