November 6 (SeeNews) - Albania’s university of Durres Aleksander Moisiu has signed an 882 million leks ($9 million/8.4 million euro) contract with a consortium of three local civil engineering service providers for the construction of a new building for its professional studies faculty.
Under the terms of the agreement, the tie-up between Start Co, Valona Construction and 2T will complete the construction within a two-year period, the university said in a contract notice last week.
The contract’s value was below the estimated budget of 931 million leks, the university noted.
The project is being financed by the Albanian government and the university’s own funds.
