November 5 (SeeNews) - The credit portfolio of commercial banks in Albania totalled 254.638 billion leks ($3.03 billion/2.09 billion euro) at the end of September, up by 3.2% from a month earlier, the country's central bank said on Monday.
The banks' loan portfolio increased by a monthly 3.0% in August.
At the end of September, bank lending was 53.6% higher than a year earlier.
