TIRANA (Albania), October 16 (SeeNews) – Albania's finance ministry will offer 3.5 billion leks ($32.1 million/27.8 million euro) of two-year fixed-rate Treasury notes at an auction on October 22, the ministry's debt issuance calendar shows.
The government securities will mature on October 24, 2020.
The finance ministry raised 3.45 billion leks at the last auction of two-year Treasury notes held on September 14, below its 4.0 billion leks target. The coupon rate on the issue rose to 2.2% from 2.15% at the previous auction of two-year fixed-rate T-notes held in August.
