TIRANA (Albania), January 15 (SeeNews) – Albania will offer 10.2 billion leks ($100.5 million/82.8 million euro) worth of one-year Treasury bills at an auction on January 19, central bank data shows.
The newly issued government securities will mature on January 20, 2022, according to central bank data.
Some 2.54 billion leks worth of the offer is reserved for the central bank.
The finance ministry sold 7.2 billion leks worth of government securities at the last auction of one-year Treasury bills held on January 5.
The average weighted yield edged up to 1.85% from 1.77% at the previous auction of one-year government securities held on December 29, according to auction results published by the central bank.
