January 12 (SeeNews) - Albania will offer to investors 2.5 billion leks ($23.1 million/21.5 million euro) worth of ten-year Treasury notes at an auction on January 16, the central bank said.
The government securities will mature on January 18, 2033, the central bank said in its calendar of forthcoming auctions of government securities.
At the last auction of ten-year T-notes held on July 18, the finance ministry sold 2 billion leks worth of government paper. The coupon on the issue was set at 6.25%, higher compared with 5.10% at the previous auction of ten-year government securities held in January 2022, according to figures published by the central bank.
