March 7 (SeeNews) - Albania's finance ministry sold 5.4 billion leks ($50.1 million/47.1 million euro) worth of government securities at two auctions held on Tuesday, data by the country's central bank shows.
The finance ministry sold 4.4 billion leks worth of two-year Treasury notes that will mature on January 12, 2025, the data shows.
The finance ministry also sold 1 billion leks worth of three-month government bills with a maturity date of June 8, 2023. Some 200 million leks of the offer was reserved for the central bank.
