January 10 (SeeNews) - Albania's finance ministry sold 5 billion leks ($45.7 million/42.6 million euro) worth of government securities at two auctions held on Tuesday, data by the country's central bank shows.
The finance ministry sold 4 billion leks worth of two-year Treasury notes that will mature on January 12, 2025, the data shows.
The finance ministry also sold 1 billion leks worth of six-month government bills with a maturity date of July 13, 2023. Some 300 million leks of the offer was reserved for the central bank.
