TIRANA (Albania), August 14 (SeeNews) – Albanian road authority ARRSH is inviting bids for consultancy services in the project for the construction of the Arber highway, it said.
The bidding deadline is August 31 and the maximum budget available for the implementation of the project is 446.2 million leks ($4 million/3.6 million euro), ARRSH said in a tender notice on Monday.
The assignment calls for project supervision services on the implementation of the concession contract for the overhaul, construction, operation and maintenance of the Arber highway.
The 73 km-long two-lane highway, part of European transport Corridor 8, is planned to stretch along an ancient caravan route passing through the eastern highlands of Tirana, and ending at the current SH6 road in Diber County, near the Macedonian border.
