October 30 (SeeNews) - Albania’s development fund ADF said on Monday it has opened a tender for a project to convert an existing sanatorium in the southern city of Korca into a new school campus, with a budget estimated at 474 million leks ($4.7 million/4.5 million euro).
Potential bidders need to convert the sanatorium into a five-story school with classrooms and a library, while also improving the surrounding infrastructure in 18 months, tender documents in the country’s public procurement portal show.
The project is being financed through government funds.
Prospective offers can be submitted until November 15.
