Aug 1, 1994 - Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD is established as the Bulgarian subsidiary of Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG. On June 16, 1994 it receives a full bank licence, issued by the Bulgarian National Bank.
May 16, 2001 - The bank establishes financial consultancy company Raiffeisen Services EOOD as a limited liability company in Bulgaria. On Nov 23, 2005 Raiffeisen Services EOOD transforms into a joint-stock company.
2003 - Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG transfers its 100% stake in Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD to Austria-based holding company Raiffeisen International Bank - Holding AG, which manages the Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG's subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe.
Feb 16, 2004 - The bank and Austrian Raiffeisen-Leasing International GmbH set up Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria OOD.
Apr 17, 2004 - Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD founds its Bulgarian subsidiary Raiffeisen Insurance Broker EOOD.
Jan 20, 2006 - The bank establishes its local investment arm Raiffeisen Asset Management EAD.
Oct 30, 2006 - Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD lists on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange by issuing corporate bonds.
Jan 31, 2007 - The bank sets up Raiffeisen Real Estate EOOD in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
Aug 23, 2007 - Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD establishes Raiffeisen Factoring EOOD, a factoring services provider in Bulgaria.
Oct 19, 2009 - The bank EAD delists from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (Stock symbol: 9ILA, ISIN: BG2100036065).
2013 - Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD establishes its local real estate subsidiary Trade Center Pleven EOOD. In 2015, Raiffeisen Services EAD merges into Trade Center Pleven EOOD, which changes its name to Raiffeisen Service EOOD.
August 2019 - The bank transfers its share in Raiffeisen Insurance Broker EOOD to Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria OOD.
