August 31 (SeeNews) - Slovenia recorded the lowest seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate in July among the five Southeast European (SEE) states in the EU, at 3.5%, followed by Bulgaria with 4.6%, both below the EU average of 5.9%, Eurostat said on Thursday.
