The acquired companies, Tomting 2010 and Green Eight, specialise in energy efficiency and solar services, respectively.

Financial details were not disclosed.

"With these companies we are strengthening our capacities and capabilities for solar solutions, but also for more complex energy solutions such as biomass energy plants or cogeneration, and for services in the field of energy efficiency," CEO of E.ON Hrvatska, Andreas Rorig, wrote in a post on Linkedin.

Tomting 2010 reported revenue of 507,460 euro in 2022, up from 424,063 euro in 2021, according to data by Dun & Bradstreet.

E.ON Hrvatska is engaged in natural gas distribution, electricity distribution and supply, as well as the design, and construction of solar power plants. Additionally, the company is involved in wastewater treatment operations in Croatia and neighboring Slovenia.
