November 27 (SeeNews) - German energy technology company Siemens Energy closed a transaction to buy 100% of Croatia’s Pro Integris, a full-service engineering and consulting company providing services in energy automation of power facilities, the sell-side adviser to the shareholders of Pro Integris said on Monday.
The size of the transaction was not disclosed, Tomislav Kovalisko, managing partner at Vestibule Partners, said in a note on his Linkedin profile.

Clients and partners of Pro Integris, established in 2007, are companies and organisations operating in the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity.
The Split-based company has more than 50 employees, according to its profile on Linkedin.

According to data from the court registry, Pro Integris had 15 founders individuals so far, and the buyer is the Dutch-registered subsidiary of Siemens Energy, Siemens Energy Holding.
