June 3 (SeeNews) - Hungarian oil company MOL has requested 30 extra days from the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to complete talks on the acquisition of the 56.15% Russian-held stake in Serbia's U.S.-sanctioned sole refiner NIS, Serbia's energy minister Dubravka Djedovic Handanovic said on Wednesday.
