BELGRADE (Serbia), September 10 (SeeNews) – Serbia said it will open negotiations for the sale of its tractor and engines manufacturer Industrija Masina i Traktora (IMT) with the third-ranked bidder in the tender, the Agri Investments consortium, after the bidders ranked in the first two positions withdrew from the sale talks.
