February 27 (SeeNews) - Austrian utility group EVN said on Thursday its energy supply operations in Southeast Europe (SEE) turned to a pre-tax loss of 10.6 million euro ($14.5 million) in the first quarter of fiscal 2014 started October 1 from a pre-tax profit of 700,000 euro a year earlier.
