SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 9 (SeeNews) - European Union Energy Commissioner Guenther Oettinger said the EU-backed Nabucco gas pipeline project would cost up to 15 billion euro ($21.6 billion), nearly double the initial projections, Dow Jones reported on Monday.
