August 17 (SeeNews) - The European Union (EU) and German state-owned development bank KFW will finance a 111.3 million euro ($121.1 million) green transport project in Albania's capital Tirana, as part of which an electric bus rapid transport system will be launched in the city by 2029, the EU’s Western Balkans development arm, the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF), said on Thursday.
