July 22 (SeeNews) - The Council of the European Union said on Monday it has adopted an amendment to travel regulations which allows to exempt holders of Serbian passports issued by the Serbian government from the visa requirement when crossing the external borders of the EU member states for stays of no more than 90 days within a 180-day period.
