May 2 (SeeNews) - CEZ Distribution Bulgaria [BUL:3CZ], majority owned by Czech energy group CEZ, said that it has signed a 11.5 million levs ($7.0 million/5.9 million euro) four-year framework agreement for the supply of utility poles with local company Trend Impex.
The deal was signed on April 20, CEZ Distribution Bulgaria said in a notice on Monday.
CEZ Distribution Bulgaria received nine offers in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract, according to the notice.
CEZ Distribution Bulgaria operates the distribution grid on an area of 40,000 sq km in northern and northwestern Bulgaria, including the Sofia region.
