April 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian car battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:52E] said on Tuesday that Vasil Velev, who is a member of the company's board of directors, has acquired 20,000 Elhim Iskra shares at a price of 0.7 levs ($0.39/0.36 euro) apiece.
Velev acquired the shares in a deal on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on April 15, Elhim Iskra said in a bourse filing.

That was the only deal in Elhim Iskra shares on April 15, and the company has not traded since, according to bourse data.
The 20,000 shares are equal to a 0.08% stake in the company.
Elhim Iskra also reported on Tuesday that it generated a preliminary loss of 123,000 levs and sales of 8.1 million levs in the first quarter of 2020.
Elhim Iskra is part of local blue-chip diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR]. The Pazardzhik-based company exports over 90% of its output.
