October 2 (SeeNews) - Serbian president Aleksandar Vucic on Thursday confirmed local media reports that the Russian side in the talks on the U.S. sanctions against NIS had proposed that a U.S firm acquire an 11.3% stake in the Russian-controlled oil and gas company and NIS import some crude from the U.S. to potentially avert the restrictions.
