March 22 (SeeNews) - France’s Total, Austria’s OMV and Spain’s Repsol will start drilling for oil and gas in Bulgaria’s 1-21 Han Asparuh offshore exploration block in mid-April, the chairman of the country's parliamentary energy committee, Delyan Dobrev, said on Tuesday.
