TIRANA (Albania), April 27 (SeeNews) – Albania and Swiss-based Rudana Investment Group signed a memorandum of understanding under which the group will invest 4.0 billion euro ($5.3 billion) in the Balkan country, the bulk of which in its energy sector, the Albanian Economy and Energy Minsitry said.
