PRISTINA (Kosovo), March 20 (SeeNews) – Sweden and Kosovo have signed a 1.86 million euro ($2.6 million) grant agreement in support of a project for the upgrade of Kosovo district heating company Termokos, Kosovo's finance ministry said.
