The acquisition has received all regulatory approvals, which enabled an integration of the Neoen portfolio into Statkraft’s operation in Croatia, the Croatian unit of Statkraft said in a press release.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The portfolio includes all Neoen projects in early development phase: projects for wind farms, solar power plants, and project for battery energy storage systems (BESS).

Neoen has been operating in the Adriatic country since mid-2020, while Statkraft started operations in Croatia in 2021.

As part of Statkraft's strategic vision, the accelerated development of solar power plants, onshore and offshore wind farms, and BESS represents a key focus area.
