March 1 (SeeNews) - Serbian state-owned gas company Srbijagas said it has agreed with Russia's Gazprom that the planned dynamics on the project for a local section of the South Stream gas pipeline project are on track and that both sides will make the best effort to launch construction in the fourth quarter of 2013.
