SOFIA (Bulgaria), January 15 (SeeNews) – Dutch-based South Stream Transport B.V., a joint venture established for the planning, construction and operation of the offshore section of the South Stream gas pipeline through the Black Sea, said on Wednesday it has signed an option agreement for the storage and handling of pipe segments with the Bulgarian sea ports of Varna and Burgas.
