November 9 (SeeNews) - Slovenian publishing and tourism group DZS is selling its shareholding interest in resort operator Terme Catez [LJE:TCRG], the latter said.
"Terme Catez was informed by DZS that it has started the process of selling its 45.79% ownership stake," the resort operator said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

The reasons for the sale were not revealed.
In 2017, DZS and Terme Catez entered a process of preventive restructuring of its financial liabilities under which the resort operator sold the entire capital of tourism company Marina Portoroz.
