LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), February 9 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's ‘bad bank’, the Bank Assets Management Company (DUTB), said on Thursday it is inviting expressions of interest for a hotel and hospitality real estate portfolio located in Mariborsko Pohorje ski resort.
The portfolio includes 4-star Hotel Arena and its adjoining 3-star Arena Annex, 4-star Wellness Hotel Bolfenk & Apartments, 3-star Hotel Videc & Apartments, residential building Pohorske Terase, as well as about 50,000 square metres of land surrounding the properties, DUTB said in a statement.

DUTB owns 100% of the listed properties.
The bidding deadline is March 3, 2017. DUTB announced no selling price.
Following the receipt of expressions of interest and the signed non-disclosure agreements, DUTB will make a decision whether to invite bidders to the next step of the sale process. Indicatively, the binding offers will have to be submitted by March 31, 2017, the 'bad bank' explained.
DUTB was set up in 2013 as a government-owned company with the task of facilitating the restructuring of banks with systemic importance that were facing severe solvency and liquidity problems.
