June 15 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's competition authority said it does not object to the acquisition of meat spreads producer Osem by the local unit of Croatian fast moving consumer goods distributor Atlantic Grupa, subject to the fulfilment of certain corrective measures by the buyer within three years after the closing of the transaction.
