Serbia’s Tis Green Energy to build 5.4 MW solar plant in Zajecar

December 27 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Tis Green Energy plans to build a 5.4 MW photovoltaic (PV) power plant in the eastern city of Zajecar, the local government said on Wednesday.

The plant will span a total of 4 hectares, according to project documents posted on the website of the Zajecar city authorities.

According to the Serbian business registry, Tis Green Energy is wholly owned by private individual Marko Mitrovic. It was established in September 2017 with a capital of 60,000 dinars ($565/510 euro).

Approached by SeeNews for information on the value of the planned investment, a Zajecar municipal government official declined to comment. Representatives of Tis Green Energy were unavailable for comment by the time this article was published.
