November 25 (SeeNews) - Serbia's only refinery in the northern city of Pancevo, owned and operated by Russian-controlled and U.S.-sanctioned oil and gas producer NIS, has entered a lower operating mode and faces a complete shutdown in four days unless a new sanctions waiver is secured, president Aleksandar Vucic said on Tuesday.
