September 3 (SeeNews) - Serbian firm Promont Group, which operates Mövenpick Resort and Spa Fruske Terme, has issued 820 million dinars ($8.1 million/7.0 million euro) worth of minibonds to further develop the complex and improve its services and facilities, Belgrade-based lender Banca Intesa, the arranger and sponsor of the issue, said.
