January 15 (SeeNews) - Serbia and Hungary will soon start drafting a bilateral agreement to create prerequisites for continued cooperation in the energy sector, as negotiations on the sale of the Russian-held 56.15% stake in Serbia's U.S.-sanctioned sole refiner NIS to Hungary's MOL, and potentially other partners, are nearing completion, Serbia's energy minister Dubravka Djedovic Handanovic said on Thursday.
