February 12 (SeeNews) - As many as 15 people have been arrested on suspicion they abused their official positions in connection with public procurement procedures at state-owned energy producer Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS), including Milorad Grcic, former acting director general at the utility, the public prosecutor's office in Belgrade said on Wednesday.
