PODGORICA (Montenegro), April 22 (SeeNews) - Russian company Mos City Group and British company Cubus Lux have purchased tender documents for a 30-year lease of Montengrin resort Valdanos, Serbian media reported on Wednesday. Mos City has offered to invest 222.5 million euro ($288.6 million), and to pay a lease of 0.18 euro ($0.23) per square metre plus 5.0% of the annual revenue, Serbian news agency Beta reported.
