BUCHAREST (Romania), January 27 (SeeNews) – Dutch-based Rompetrol Group is offering to pay 57.1 million lei ($19.5 million/13.9 million euro) for a stake of 47.73% in one of its Romanian units, Rompetrol Well Services, in a buyout bid to be launched on February 3, the Romanian capital market regulator CNVM said on Wednesday.
