May 13 (SeeNews) - The water utility company of Romania's Constanta county, Raja, has awarded a contract worth 117.6 million lei ($35.3 million/27.2 million euro), excluding Value Added Tax, for electricity supply to Tinmar-Ind, a notice on the EU's procurement portal indicated.
