May 6 (SeeNews) - Romanian integrated agribusiness tech startup Chromosome Dynamics expects a 3 million lei ($640,000/606,000 euro) gross profit in 2022, it said upon its debut on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB.
The company expects a turnover of 11 million lei in 2022, it said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

Chromosome Dynamics [BVB: CHRD] shares opened at 30.8025 lei and closed at the same price on Thursday, as 300 shares were traded, bourse data showed. As at 13:31 CET on Friday, they were trading 3.25% down, at 29.8 lei/share.
The company's bourse debut comes after a private placement between September 27 and October 1, which attracted 60 investors. The company sold a total of 111,929 shares at a price of 30 lei/share, raising a total of 3.35 million lei for its development.
Chromosome Dynamics implements AI-driven consulting and diagnosis applications, to help farmers swiftly identify means of preventing crop loss. The company also runs Agrobazar, an online marketplace for farming products, which launched in 2021. The marketplace has already garnered 2.5 million lei in sales since its launch.
According to the announcement on the BVB, Chromosome Dynamics recorded 976,000 lei in net profit on a turnover of 4.6 million lei last year. In 2020, the company reported a total turnover of around 1 million lei.
