Azomures, Romania's top chemical fertiliser producer, reported on Monday a preliminary 2007 net profit of 60 million lei ($24.1 million/16.5 million euro) compared to a loss of 1.04 million lei a year earlier, as revenue rose by one fifth, outpacing the rise in costs.
