July 18 (SeeNews) - Romanian agricultural services and landscape gardening provider Cargill Cereale, owned by U.S. Cargill, said on Wednesday it plans to raise its capital by up to 3.4 million lei ($1.5 million/1.1 million euro) from the current 34.1 million lei. Cargill Cereale will carry out the capital hike via a share issue and cash injection, the company said in a statement to the over-the-counter market RASDAQ.
