June 9 (SeeNews) - The Romanian European funds ministry said on Thursday that the country has received 373 million euro ($424 million) in EU funds to develop its heating, gas and power infrastructure. The objectives of this funding is to reduce heat loss on the network - estimated at one third of the energy produced in Romania's capital Bucharest, and to help lower costs for the consumers, the ministry said in a press release.
