Private investor acquires 19.4% stake in Serbia's Dimnicar

March 15 (SeeNews) - Private investor Zoran Jovanovic has acquired a 19.4% stake in Serbian utility company Dimnicar [BEL:DMNR], the company said.

Jovanovic bought 871 shares, or a 19.4% stake in the company, Dimnicar said in a filing with the Belgrade bourse on Thursday.

The price at which he bought the shares was undisclosed.

Jovanovic becomes the largest single shareholder in Dimnicar with a 19.4% stake, followed by Igor Sebic with 10.8% and Jovan Tutunovic with 10%, data from the central securities depositary and clearing house showed on March 15.

Dimnicar’s capital is divided into 4,500 shares of 2,400 dinars ($22.30/20.50 euro) in par value each. The company was founded in 1948.
