PODGORICA (Montenegro), March 2 (SeeNews) – Montenegrin company Carine has placed the sole bid in a tender for the sale of hotel complex Park in Bijela near the resort town of Herceg Novi, offering a price of 2.25 million euro ($2.5 million), the privatisation council said.
