PODGORICA (Montenegro), September 25 (SeeNews) – The Montenegrin government is preparing a buyout strategy with Italy's A2A in case no long-term agreement is reached on extending their pact for the management of the country’s power utility, EPCG, local media reported, adding that the Italians are seeking between 270 million euro ($302 million) and 290 million euro for their 41.75% stake in the company.
